Watching the children and their parents playing today at McKoy Pool made me long for the days when my boys were small and we played at Glenlake Pool.  Today’s weather made today a great day to visit one of our three city pools.

McKoy Pool is the perfect pool for those with small children who want to play in the water.

McKoy Pool Open Today!

Good news- McKoy Pool is open today (Saturday). enjoy staying cool. Come early and watch the Baseball Opening Day Parade which begins at McKoy and winds its way to Oakhurst Park.

 

McKoy Pool – Closed Today Until Further Notice

Plumbing problems again today – McKoy Pool is closed, with hopes of opening later today. There is a pipe that needs to be repaired and we are working on it to get repairs done as quickly as possible.  Please enjoy Glenlake Pool and Ebster Pool to stay cool.

McKoy Pool Open Again!

Yea- the plumbing problem has been resolved and McKoy Pool is open and ready for swimmers!

 

McKoy Pool Keeping Community Cool

You can still beat the heat during the week at McKoy Pool. McKoy Pool is open from 9 am until 1 pm during the week until Labor Day weekend, so be sure to drop by and cool off. All pools are open on weekends until closing day Monday, September 6. We are  looking at extending the pool hours for the 2011 season to accommodate more swimmers. Until then, we hope you enjoy McKoy pool!
